Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) is a branch of Arizona’s Medicaid program (AHCCCS). ALTCS is a needs-based benefit of AHCCCS, with a medical screening process and financial assessment to determine eligibility. We can guide you through the application process and answer any questions regarding AHCCCS, ALTCS, and our services.
Depending on what Medicare plan you currently have, you may be eligible to receive in-home elder care services throughout the Greater Phoenix area and Tucson. We can help you determine what options and benefits you are eligible for!
With All Valley’s Premier Private Care option, clients pay for services out-of-pocket to gain access to our Premier CAREgivers and the greatest flexibility to customize their elder care. During our free in-home or virtual assessment we’ll help you create the elder care services plan that best fits your unique needs and situation. We’re also happy to assist you in finding programs you may qualify for that can help with Private Pay costs.
